This period has been a journey of great learning for me. As they say, "One who dares to teach must never cease to learn". I have learnt not only from my seniours & colleagues, but also from my students and parents, through continuous interactions. I am commited not only to maintain the impeccable images and highest standards, but also to carry them forward to new heights.
The importance of education in the life of an individual cannot be overstated. It shapes individuals in their formative years and imbues them with values that would govern all their choices in life. It is said 'If you are planning for a year, sow rice; if you are planning for a decade, plant trees; if you are planning for a lifetime, educate people'. Indeed, one can even say that the quality of eduaction will determine the destiny of the nation.
For me, Education does not mean providing answers. It means equipping the pupil with the means to find the answers for himself and within himself. Education empowers students to discover themselves - who they are as people. We also have a placement and counseling cell to help our students in the job market.
Over the months in this college, I have witnessed in our students an unparalleled knoeledge base, avibrant dynamism, an acute consciousness about the world around them, a focused ambition and a sustained commitment. I, along with my team of silent workers and dedicated faculty, intend to build on this strong foundation and raise the standards in all spheres, to the zenith. My aim is not only to be an able administrator but also to be a friend, philosopher and guide to students one whom they can count on and trust at all times. I assure you that my doors will always be open to the students and their parents for any suggestion or guidance.
